1.    "Give4u" was created in order to make it easy for people around the globe to share information with their friends and other people around them. We understand you may not want everyone in the world to have the information you share on our site, this is why we give you control of your information. Our default privacy settings limit the information displayed in your profile to your networks and other reasonable community limitations. "Give4u" follows two main principles:
•    You should have control over your personal information.
"Give4u" helps you share information with your friends and people around you. You choose what information you put in your profile, including contact and personal information, pictures, interests and groups you join. And you control the users with whom you share that information with.
•    You should have access to the information others want to share.
There is an increasing amount of information available out there, and you may want to know what relates to you, your friends, and people around you. We want to help you easily get that information.
2.    We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use at any time. Non-material changes and clarifications will take effect immediately. If we make changes, we will post them and will indicate at the top of this page the policy's new effective date. Unless stated otherwise, our current privacy policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account.
3.    Sharing information should be easy. And we want to provide you with the privacy tools necessary to control how and with whom you share that information.
4.    Give4u is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the site. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of user content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your user content.
5.    We use the information you provide to administer your account with us and customize the service we provide to you. To send you service or promotional communications through email and notices on the Give4u website.
6.    We will respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement. Our copyright procedures are set forth and are part of the Terms of Service. In order to deliver our services, we may share information with third parties. We enable you to share your information and communicate with other Users, or provide (usually at your option) your personal details to third parties offering combined services with Give4u.
7.    Personal information you provide with us on your personal profile will be secured with industry standards and technology.
8.    Due to the communications standards on the Internet, when you visit the Give4u web site we automatically receive the URL of the site from which you came and the site to which you are going when you leave Give4u. We also receive the Internet protocol (IP) address of your computer (or the proxy server you use to access the World Wide Web), your computer operating system and type of web browser you are using, email patterns, as well as the name of your ISP. This information is used to analyze overall trends to help us improve the Give4u service.
9.    This agreement, and any posted revision to this agreement, shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Give4u Services or are a Member. You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the Member's account settings page. Give4u may terminate your membership at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability.
10.    It is possible that we may need to disclose personal information when required by law, such as responses to civil or criminal subpoenas, or other requests by law enforcement personnel. We will disclose such information wherein we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceeding, subpoena, or other legal process or request to Give4u brought in any country throughout the world, or to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
11.    In order to become a User, you must first create an account on our website. To create an account you are required to provide the personal contact information, which you recognize and expressly acknowledge is personal information allowing others to identify you along with a brief summary of your professional background, and a password chosen by you.
12.    You can also close your account through the Give4u website. If you close your Give4u account, we will remove your name and other personally identifiable information from our publicly viewable database. We may retain certain data contributed by you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally identifiable data, account recovery, or if required by law.
13.    When you register with Give4u, you create your own profile and privacy settings. Your profile information, as well as your name, email and photo, are displayed to people in the networks specified in your privacy settings to enable you to connect with people on Give4u. Give4u takes appropriate precautions to protect our users' information. Your account information is located on a secured server behind a firewall.
14.    Give4u does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for Give4u. We recommend that minors 13 years of age or older ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet.
15.    Please choose carefully the information that you post on, through or in connection with the Give4u Services and that you provide to other users. Your Give4u profile may not include any form of Prohibited Content. Despite this prohibition, information, materials, products or services provided by other Give4u Members (for instance, in their profiles) or Linked Services may, in whole or in part, be unauthorized, impermissible or otherwise violate this Agreement, and Give4u assumes no responsibility or liability for this material.
16.    You post user content on the site at your own risk. Although we allow you to set privacy options that limit access to your pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your pages and information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that user content you post on the Site will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
17.    You may not use our service for any unlawful purposes or for promotion of illegal activities. You may not publish or post direct, specific threats of violence against others.
18.    You agree to indemnify and hold Give4u, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, subcontractors and other partners, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Give4u Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement and/or any Content that you post on, through or in connection with the Give4u Services.
19.    By using or accessing Give4u, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
